Having no other choice, they decide to use their law enforcement training and equipment and raid the underworld and get the money for Ho's operation even if it means breaking the law.

Review: Hit Team is a swat team/police action movie, covering many different aspects of HK law enforcement. The story focuses on good cops going bad out of compassion for a friend and how other cops must deal with them but yet understand their reasons. For fans of Swat Team and Law Enforcement you get to see quite a few things, lots of various police forces in Hong Kong. The story is well thought out and easy to follow.

The movie is concentrated on several characters both on the good and bad cop spectrum, each character in this movie is detailed. Considering there are quite a few important characters, it is surprising that they are all pretty well developed. Both good and bad guys are cool in this movie, excellent acting and great characters really add that extra edge to this movie. You could really feel the struggle of these characters with the actions they had to make and that made the movie more alive.

Action wise this movie was high quality, swat team fans will certainly find it interesting. A high level of realism was in each of these action scenes, the swats acted like real swats and used realistic formation and tactics with the exception of making it entertaining rather than the non entertaining real life swat action. The final result were action scenes that looked good and were full of energy. The only complaint is that some people might find that there is not enough action in the movie but personally it is a good balance of story and action.

The subtitles were great on the DVD and the dialogs easy to follow. We were surprised by Hit Team, out of all the swat team movies we've seen, the Final Option was the only good one. Hit Team turned out to be really good, a great story, incredible characters and good quality action made the movie real good. Most people who enjoy HK action should like this movie.
