Kill Bill is going to be hitting theaters very soon, Miramax tried to get the support of Asian film sites to support their new film but Miramax was rejected yet again. People in the Asian film web community have not forgotten nor condone Miramax’s of re-releasing altered version of Asian movie classics. There is a very funny thing going on in the Asian film web community at the moment, there is lots of positive feedback and comments on Kill Bill. The fans are excited about this movie but they cannot openly support or promote the movie without getting trashed for supporting Miramax.

We found that the last days in the life of Christ would be the best way to illustrate this situation. The followers of Jesus are loyal and would always stand by Jesus but in doing so they would they would be put to death. Thus they must deny ever knowing Jesus to avoid some terrible fate, a lot like the situation with fans of Kill Bill. Also note the line of “Miramax is shit” is not a stab at Miramax by us, it is just to illustrate the situation.
