While SHAOLIN SOCCER and PING PONG may have been very different films from each other, they both were fantastic films about the world of their respective sport.  SHAOLIN SOCCER was about a group of Shaolin brothers who had lost their footing in life and rediscovered themselves when they were finally united on the field of soccer.  PING PONG evolved around a group of long time friends and the magical drama amongst them in their determination to become the best ping pong players ever.  Both films shared characters of fanatical determination, characters that stood on the same ground as action heroes as they battled against rival foes and great odds.  These two films have become Kung Fu Cult Cinema favorites and this comic is dedicated to them.
